The Led is a combined Red/Green Led. The Push button is used as emergency button and the buzzer as an auditive alarm.
An interlock is an electronic circuit that regulates access via a sas to a sealed or secured area.
This area can be a clean-room, post-office, bank office…..
The interlock prevents that both sas doors are opened at the same time.
Door Indicators
The door indicator gives the user an indication if he is allowed to enter the sealed area. There are several types of door indicators. All doors indicators have two RJ45 connectors. One connector connects the door indicator to the control unit. Via de other RJ45 connector we can connect the door indicator placed at the opposite site of the door. This saves us a long cable towards the control unit.
The indicators can be manufactered to work on 24V or on 12V. There are two 3mm screw busses on the componet side of the PCB used to connect the indicator to the door frame. With an appropiate sitcker placed on the door frame, this results in a flush finishing.

The picture for this indicator is not available. On this indicator there is a second push button placed under the lowest led. This button is can be used as unlock button.
The control unit is bases on a PLC. Depending on the customer needs we can use different kind of PLC's. Following control unit is made with a Siemens Logo module.
